In this episode, she talks about the power of being weird.  Many people call others weird, crazy, or strange, simply because they do not subscribe to their thought process or way of thinking.  Society wants everyone to be the same and to be cogs in a machine.  Thinking differently or outside of the box gets you labeled as weird.  When someone calls you weird, simply say thank you.  It means that you are not a follower. 

Sharron hopes to serve as a catalyst to ignite a fire within to encourage and motivate others through both written and spoken word, to go after all of their goals and dreams and to live their best lives in this realm of existence.

Sharron N. Williams is an attorney, writer, poet, author, and creator.
