Williams, founder (the “Founder”), is a licensed attorney, Creative Esquire Consulting LLC is not authorized to, and shall not, engage in the practice of law or provide formal legal services.  Clients and visitors to this page hereby acknowledge that any contract review, editing, and advisory services provided by and through this Site, are commercial consulting services and do not constitute legal services or advice.  The Founder’s legal training and experience is utilized solely to inform business consulting, and clients requiring formal legal representation, legal opinions, or litigation services must retain independent legal counsel.

Our Site aims to accurately represent the information provided. You are acknowledging that you are participating voluntarily in using our Site, and you alone are solely and personally responsible for your life and its outcome.

You acknowledge however that your success depends solely on your own effort, dedication, and follow-through.  I cannot predict that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results vary from individual to individual and business to business. IV. Terms of Use

Creative Esquire Consulting LLC is the owner of all intellectual property rights inherent on the Site, and in the material published on it.  Nothing in this Agreement shall give effect of any transfer of ownership or rights to such intellectual property rights from us to you.
